Refund policy

Because each custom liquor bottle is made to order, we do not offer refunds unless one of the following applies:

We will issue a refund if:

• The order has not yet been fulfilled (i.e. not printed or packaged).

• The message was deemed inappropriate or violates our guidelines.

• There was an error on our part (e.g. misprint, wrong product).

Non-Refundable Situations:

• Customer errors in submitted text/photo.

• Change of mind after approval.
