Custom Bottle Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a custom liquor bottle from O.H.S.O. Distillery, you agree to the following terms:

Age Requirement
Custom liquor bottles contain alcoholic beverages and may only be purchased by individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By placing an order, you certify that you are at least 21 years old.

Pickup Requirements
All custom bottle orders must be picked up in person at O.H.S.O. Distillery. A valid government-issued photo ID proving the recipient is 21 years of age or older is required at pickup. O.H.S.O. reserves the right to refuse release of any alcoholic product if age verification cannot be completed.

Content Guidelines
Customers are solely responsible for the text, images, and content submitted for customization. O.H.S.O. reserves the right to reject, cancel, or refund any order containing content that is offensive, discriminatory, threatening, defamatory, sexually explicit, infringes upon intellectual property rights, or is otherwise deemed inappropriate at our sole discretion.

Order Approval and Accuracy
Customers are responsible for reviewing all submitted text, images, spelling, and design elements prior to placing an order. O.H.S.O. is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

Production Time
Please allow up to two (2) weeks for order fulfillment. Production timelines may vary based on order volume, inventory availability, and operational needs.

No Shipping
Custom liquor bottle orders are available for pickup only. O.H.S.O. does not ship alcoholic beverages through this program.

Refunds and Cancellations
Because each bottle is custom-made, orders are generally non-refundable once production has begun. Refunds may be issued if:

  • The order has not yet entered production.

  • The submitted content violates our guidelines and the order is canceled.

  • An error occurs due to O.H.S.O.'s production process.

Limitation of Liability
O.H.S.O. Distillery reserves the right to refuse any order and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of custom products.

Right to Modify
O.H.S.O. reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
